Deepti heads Nexdigm (SKP)’s Global Sales, Business Development teams. She is responsible for building strategic relationships with clients and manages  Nexdigm (SKP)’s key accounts. As part of Global Sales, she helps in aligning  Nexdigm (SKP)’s service and solution capabilities to the needs of clients across geographies/global strategic business partners. She engages with clients in understanding issues that affect them in the business and assists them in addressing these challenges.

As part of her oversight role, Deepti mentors the service leaders in evolving their service segments and exploring opportunities for innovation and technology in service delivery models. She plays a key role, along with the service leaders, in strengthening the firm’s presence in emerging areas of consulting.

Some of the projects she has led are:

  • Establishment of a greenfield manufacturing unit in record time, for a US-headquartered medical devices company
  • Development of policies and processes for a start-up non-banking financial company
  • Devised creative solutions to integrate tax, regulatory, accounting and business aspects for a large and complex social impact business which operates through a public-private partnership model in more than 1,000 villages in India
  • Led the strategy of an M&A implementation for a Japanese listed company that had acquired another listed entity
  • Led the investigation into the affairs of a leading American bank on behalf of the tax office
  • Merger integration support for a Fortune 500 company across 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region

In 2017, Deepti was felicitated with the ‘Personality of the Year’ Award by The Accountant and International Accounting Bulletin (TA & IAB) Awards 2017 at London. This global award ‘celebrates leaders who have shown a remarkable contribution to the firm as well as the accounting and consulting industry.’
