The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs
(CBIC) amended Notification no. 02/2017-Central Tax
dated 19 June 2017 by substituting the territorial
jurisdiction of Principal Commissioner/Commissioner
of Central Tax of Alwar, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur in
the state of Rajasthan in the exercise of power
conferred under the Central Goods and Services Tax
(CGST) Act, 2017 and the Integrated Goods and
Services Tax (IGST) Act, 2017.
