CBIC has assigned the powers of the Superintendent of Central Tax to Additional
Assistant Directors in the Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax
Intelligence (DGGI), Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax (DGGST), and
Directorate General (DG) Audit.
