Role:
I. Practice Management and Administration:
o Monthly MIS collation for verticals
o Maintain track of Debtors, Budget variance and Annual Budget Estimates
o Tracking the list of tasks or to dos of vertical leads and maintain the tracker and follow up on time and document the delays in submission, if any
II. Organisation initiative Management:
o 5 year Plans, Annual plans in October, Annual budgets in January
o Quarterly org structure review and changes if any – continuous monitoring and get changes done where required
o Follow up on action taken on central S&OP meeting minutes
III. Operation:
o Schedule the Operations call for verticals
o Attend the operation meeting and prepare the list of follow up items and circulate with timelines
IV. Marketing and sales:
o Manage and remind for meetings as per sales engagement plan
o Follow up meetings or emails post meetings if any – Every month list of follow ups to be discussed
o Liaise with S&M team for department level initiatives
V. General:
o Scheduling of calls, whenever required
o Assist in consolidation of any other Management/Central team requirement
o Contribute in various Corporate Level Initiatives
o Preparation of Executive Summary
o Support in Digital Initiatives
