Role specific skillsets:
Technical skillsets:
· Accounting –Good knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements.
· Tax –Understanding of direct tax implications of transactions
· Financial Modeling– Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building businessvaluation models. VBA/Marcos knowledge preferred.
· Thecandidate shall be assisting the Transaction Advisory team on the followingFinancial advisory and Valuation assignments:
o Corporate transactions likeMergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
o On various regulatory matterswhich include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
o Financial modelling forinfrastructure projects.
o The fair market value ofintangibles such as brand value, customer contracts, patents, research anddevelopment, customer relations, and other such intangibles
o Support in-house Due DiligenceTeam on transactions

To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
· Shouldhave some experience in valuation from either Big 4 or reputed valuation firm.
· 3-5years of experience in doing different types of valuation.
· Oral andwritten communication should be good.
· Analyticalcapability and the ability to think strategically
· Strongteam player and self-starter with ability to assume responsibility quickly.
· Open tosignificant variety in assignments
· Mustexhibit a strong learning curve
