PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Independently handling international tax assignments including
  • Corporate Tax Return Filing
  • Expatriate tax planning and compliance
  • Withholding tax advisory and certification
  • Advisory on domestic and international tax issues
  • Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
  • Representation before tax authorities
  • Client interface, liaison and relationship
  • Managing a team including qualified accountants

To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

 

·        3-5 years experience in

o   Income tax compliance, planning andadvisory

o   Representation before tax authorities

o   Knowledge on interpretation of doubletax avoidance agreements

o   Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing

o   Working knowledge on International taxstructuring

o   Working knowledge of Domestic Tax andCompliances

·        Experience in/exposure toFEMA will be an added advantage

·        Proven leadership abilities

·        Very good communicationskills including legal/technical drafting

·        Very good interpersonalskills

·        Good analytical and processskills
