LeadGeneration & Sales Executive - Job Description

 

Nexdigm islooking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional, who can delivermeasurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellentcommunicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well asbeing able to work on their own initiative.

 

The primaryfocus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop anddeliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into thesales pipeline. There will be an opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunitiesthrough the sales cycle to successful closure.

 

The successfulcandidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of increasingsales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal targets. Secondly, show theyhave the initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business.This position will be based at Nexdigm’s office in Mumbai There is significantopportunity for career progression at Nexdigm.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

Ø Lead Management:

o   Manage, nurture and convert outbound leads into salesopportunities;

o   Identify strong potential prospects using initiativeand creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;

o   Assess and analyse a prospects current process andrequirements;

o   Provide engaging and articulate information about Nexdigm’svalue proposition to potential customers.

o   Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate salesinformation and activity reports in CRM system.

 

Ø   SalesManagement:

o    Learn to managecomplex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle;

o   Efficient management of the sales pipeline using Nexdigm’sprocesses;

o   Meet personal targets and work towards Nexdigm’s salesgoals and profitability;

 

Ø  Communication:

o   Demonstrates ability to interact professionally withpotential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing & social mediato discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship;

o    Work closelywithin a small sales team and develop cooperative working relationships withall company colleagues;

o   Provide accurate and timely information as required toproject managers, the delivery team and senior management;

o  Proficient in theuse of social media tools like LinkedIn, Google search etc.

 

 

 

o  ProductKnowledge:

o    Develop astrong knowledge of Nexdigm’s products and services in order to facilitate thesales process;

o   Understand how the benefits of Nexdigm’s products andservices can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals;

 

o  RequiredExperience

 

o    3-5 years’proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in Europe, Asia Pacific, andUSA.

o    Experience ofB-to-B sales, preferably in F&A outsourcing or enterprise softwaresolutions or in cloud space or IT sector and can develop a good understandingof customer and market dynamics and requirements;

o    Proficient inmanaging the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably;

o   Can evidence a track record of increasing salesrevenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

 

o   Required Skills:

 

o    Has highlydeveloped all round interpersonal skills.

o    Excellentcommunication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.

o   Competent IT skills with excellent knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, google programs and social networking tools.

o   Good organisational and time management skills withthe flexibility to reprioritise as necessary.

o    Must be highlyproficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking, listeningand writing skills.
