§ Leading andSupporting Initiatives:
o Work with the North America team to build andsupport lead generation plans & initiatives:
· Project manage participation in lead generationevents
· Assist in creating target lists and database
· Engage with Multipliers/Influencers/TradeBodies/Associations in the US
· Assist with other identified initiatives andresearch
o Support the North America team with visibilityinitiatives:
· Maintain Marketing Kits for events and prospectmeetings
· Create and execute Digital and Email campaigns andPR Release
· Work with the practices for Thought Leadershiparticles and collateral
· Project manage webinars while coordinating withpartners
· Assist with other identified initiatives andresearch
§ Project Management:
o Based onvarious requirements, conduct research, prepare project plans, and scheduletasks to meet deliverables
o Get buy-in from SPOCs responsible for completion oftasks against planned timelines
o Actively monitor the scheduled activities and putcontrol mechanisms to address actions that are not conforming to a plannedschedule
o Ability to identify and resolve issues that mightnegatively impact the project deliverables
o Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risksand provide options for action
o Address sensitive issues with tact and discretion
§ Communication& Reporting:
o Track and reportmarketing leads
o Prepare monthly US initiatives reports and shareupdates
o Engage with various practices and functions tounderstand their operations and concerns and establish frequent communicationson various deliverables
o Coordinate with practicesand functions for relevant content and deliverables
o Understand and break down complicated or convolutedmatter and present it in a simple structure for further action. E.g., servicebrochures, project plans, various discussion topics, etc.
Preferred Skillsand Qualifications
· MBA or PostGraduate in Marketing, Business or related
· 3 - 4 yearsexperience in marketing, especially for financial.
· Experience inproject management and high collaborative skills
· Good writtenand verbal communication skills
· Goodanalytical and problem-solving skills
· Goodunderstanding of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
· Proficientwith MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
· Internationaloutlook and cross-cultural comfort levels
· Ability towork independently with a hands-onapproach
