Job Description

Role specific skillsets:

 Incumbent will beresponsible for the following:

·       Receiving andtaking care of the  company  guests, partners,  and all visitors to Nexdigm Office .Make  necessary arrangements  for them ( tea, coffee, snacks ,  Meals etc required )

 

·      Attending to telephone, bothincoming and outgoing calls  & fax .

·      Receiving  and dispatch  of  couriers, parcel  and other office  material ,  maintaining the records  for inwards and  outwards   of courier register etc .

o   Help In Admin Activities

o   Like maintaining  the  records required  for ISMS, co-ordination  with SKP offices co-ordination with vendors etc .

o   Handle petty cash for the day  to day  expenses

o   Handling of office boys

o   Reservation , up keep  of the  academy and the  Board Room  and reception area .

o   Maintaining and updating of extension, companycontacts, address list etc.

o   Any other related activities as and when required.
