Role specific skillsets:

 

·        Toconduct financial due diligence. Also assist in secretarial due diligence

·        Toparticipate in feasibility studies, peer benchmarking, profitability analysiswith respect to transactions

·        Toanalyze the financial results of companies and develop good understanding ofbusiness model. Document and report review, analyze and internal reportcreation.

·        Tokeep all information obtained during due diligence process. Do lease,operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required. Generateideas and share within the team.

·        Towrite strong reports on the finding noted during diligence process

·        Toassist in preparing opinion notes, memos for acquisition/ joint ventureestablishment

·        Toassist work on a project which might run over a short term to long term horizon

·        Toadvice on addressing due diligence findings and incorporating in the relevantsections of the SPA

·        Shouldbe strong at documentation of the work

·        Shouldbe a strong team player

To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

 

·        2 +years of applicable work experience in : Financial Due Diligence, TransactionAdvisory (experience with Big 4 preferred)

·        Havingsome experience in Taxation, audit & advisory will be added advantage

·        Activelyinvolved in financial due diligence

·        Experiencein project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, andmanaging clients, and/or manager towards the successful completion of a project

·        Strongcurrent knowledge in one of the following: India GAAP Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP), Company Law and International Financial ReportingStandards, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services

·        Oraland written communication should be good

·        Shouldhave a strong understanding of the commercial/business arrangements

·        Shouldhave a strong report writing skills with very good control over the language

·        Shouldhave a strong proficiency with MS office especially MS excel and MS power point

·        Shouldbe ready to travel and ready to work under tight deadlines

·        Essential - Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory

·        Desirable - Experience in ProcessSkills, Risk Assessment, manufacturing and Service sector, Large/Medium Cos., Corporate Law, FEMA, Legal drafting skills
