Job description :
· Understand Nexdigm’s current position in professional services sector
· Understand the marketing ecosystem and current go-to-market strategy
· Support practice-specific and group-level campaigns
· Implement specific marketing programs – research, coordination, andexecution
· Track progress of campaigns, meetings, speaking engagements andinternational visits
· Generate and analyze marketing data, and report success
· Develop and maintain databases to facililate meetings, campaigns andnetworking efforts
· Monitor and track referrals from key multipliers
· Identify new associations for practices and focus geographies and tacticsto engage with them
· Conference scouting, scheduling, planning and support
· Feed practices with potential speaking engagements
· Monitor and analyse market trends for specified services
· Study competitor’s services and their go-to-market strategy
· Identify subscriptions, databases and creative marketing channels formarket research, visibility and lead generation activities identified by thesales team and practices
· Facilitate internal communication between the sales and operationalteams
· Prepare reports for internal stakeholders monthly
Tactical execution of all marketing initiatives
DesiredCandidate Profile:
· Marketingpostgraduate with 2-3 years of full-time experience in marketing
· Individual withstrong research and project management capabilities
· Ability tomanage multiple activities and campaigns simultaneously
· Capable ofnetworking and generating qualified leads
· Strongorientation for detail and be able to produce quality results
· Stronginterpersonal communication skills and a team player
· Proficient withMicrosoft Office – Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
· Have knowledge/workingexperience of analytical software such as Power BI
