Skillsets we wouldlike to see you exhibit,

Role specific skillsets:

·        Candidate must be able to quickly understandthe business requirement and deliver the assigned task.

·        Hands on experience in building differentmanagerial decks quickly (from scratch, as per business requirement)

·        Able to work with minimum guidance andsupervision.

·        Dare to Challenge and not just execute theassigned task. (Drive towards adding value “Why part “)

·        Support planning process: Consolidate inputfrom countries/sub regions, challenge input and track forecast accuracy

·        Provide weekly sales report

·        Gatekeeper of the rebates process

 

Cost controlling:

o Providemonthly variance analysis report, RR etc.

o Providemonthly accruals

o Trackbudget reallocation

o Ensureadherence to IFRS


Monthly regional call:

• Track& write the minutes of the meeting and actions points

Ad hoc:

• Supportregional/global commercial initiatives such Commercial excellence project,Payment term optimization, etc.

 

SKILLS

Able to cope with strict deadlines and time schedules

Good understanding of system and data flows, comfortablewith complexity of reporting

High level of conceptual and analytical skills/Understand key business drivers and provide insightful input to stakeholders

Excellent Presentation skills/Able to express his/herideas with ease and flair on paper and face to face in English

Hands on experience in Power BI or other tools. Strong excel skills,consolidation skills for regional support

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize

CA/ Master’s degree in Business Administration and orControlling (preferably RC) and/or comparable educations

Min 8-10 years of relevant experience into FP&A andCommercials (Mgt reporting)
