Requirement:

· Do’s and Don’ts
Role:
I. PracticeManagement and Administration:
o Monthly MIS collation for verticals
o Maintain track of Debtors, Budget variance andAnnual Budget Estimates
o Tracking the list of tasks or to dos of verticalleads and maintain the tracker and follow up on time and document the delays insubmission, if any
II. Organisationinitiative Management:
o 5 year Plans, Annual plans in October, Annualbudgets in January
o Quarterly org structure review and changes ifany – continuous monitoring and get changes done where required
o Follow up on action taken on central S&OPmeeting minutes
III. Operation:
o Schedule the Operations call for verticals
o Attend the operation meeting and prepare thelist of follow up items and circulate with timelines
IV. Marketing and sales:
o Manage and remind for meetings as per salesengagement plan
o Follow up meetings or emails post meetings ifany – Every month list of follow ups to be discussed
o Liaise with S&M team for department levelinitiatives
V. General:
o Scheduling of calls, whenever required
o Assist in consolidation of any otherManagement/Central team requirement
o Contributein various Corporate Level Initiatives
o Preparationof Executive Summary
