·        6-10 years’ experience as a SoftwareDeveloper
College or Universitydegree in Computer Science or a related discipline

CoreCompetency Requirements

·      Proven experience with JAVA technologiesincluding, iBPS, OmniDocs, Newgen,Core Java, JavaScript,HTML, JSP, CSS, jQuery, Jboss 6.x or Jboss7.x,

·        Good to have knowledge and experience withSql Server or Oracle, Server Troubleshooting,Product Logs Checking

·        Extensive knowledge on iBPS modules like BAM, MDM,BRMS,

·        Proven experience with newgen APIs

·        Extensive knowledge of designing, developingand deploying Newgen products

·        Extensive experience of softwaredesigning patterns

·        Experience with multi-threading andconcurrency

·        Experience with debugging, performanceprofiling and optimization

·        Comprehensive understanding ofobject-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques andtheories

·        Strong communication skills

·        Strong initiative to find ways toimprove solutions, systems, and processes

PreferredCompetency Requirements

·        Experience with database developmentincluding relational database design, SQL and ORM technologies

·        Experience with user interface designand prototyping
