About the role: 

The role will be responsible for leading marketinginitiatives for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) practices (Greenfield,Brownfield, Transaction Advisory, Entity-set up & Management) whichinvolves working closely with trade associations, chambers, industryassociations, banks, real estate firms etc and other key multipliers andinfluencers to generate leads and generate visibility for the firm throughwebinars and networking at events.

Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit:

§  Understand Nexdigm’s current business position in the managementconsulting space

§  Understand the marketing ecosystem, focus countries and currentgo-to-market strategy

§  Support practice-specific and group-level campaigns with market andclient research

§  Implement specific marketing programs – research, coordination andexecution

§  Track progress of campaigns, meetings, speaking events, networkingengagements and international visits – generate and analyse statisticalmarketing data, and report success

§  Develop and maintain databases to facilitate meetings, campaigns andnetworking efforts

§  Monitor and track referrals from key multipliers at a departmentallevel 

§  Identify new associations for practices and focus geographies and waysto engage with them

§  Conference scouting, scheduling, planning and support

§  Manage the relationship marketing event calendar, feed practices withpotential speaking engagements

§  Monitor and analyse market trends for specified services

§  Study competitor’s services and their go-to-market strategy

§  Schedule follow-ups to generate qualified leads for the sales team andpractices

§  Identify subscriptions, databases and creative marketing channels formarket research, visibility and lead generation activities identified by thesales team and practices

§  Facilitate internal communication between the sales and operationalteams

§  Prepare reports for internal stakeholders on a monthly basis

§  Tactical execution of all marketing initiatives

 

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, youneed to:

§  Be a marketing postgraduate with 2- 4 years ofexperience in Marketing

§  Be an individual with strong research, projectmanagement and interpersonal communication skills

§  Be a team player

§  Have the ability to manage multiple projects andcampaigns simultaneously

§  Network and generate qualified leads for practices

§  Have a strong orientation for detail and be able toproduce quality results

§  Be proficient with Microsoft Office, especiallywith Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
