Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independently overlooking the execution of assignments of the practice
• Will be responsible for the quality management and project execution
• Will be responsible for creating and building client presentations
• Will be handling client meetings and interacting with them at regular basis
• Responsible for managing and manning of the team
• Liaison with HR for team requirement
• Responsible for building and executing the training calendar
• Be updated on the latest developments in the field of practice and percolate the information within the team
• Conduct team meetings and interactions at regular intervals
• Keep the immediate reporting updated on the developments of the team and escalate issues that need immediate attention
• Be responsible for maintain the team morale
• Handle any challenges that the profile offers during the course of work

• Application Security expertise including experience of performing black box security reviews

• Knowledge on security for SOA applications, middleware security, interface security etc.

• Knowledge on 

1. Web application security standards, OWASP etc.
2. Cloud security standards 
3. (CSA, NIST, SANS)
4. IBM data power and other application security devices
5. Securing financial/ trade applications like SWIFT, T24, Murex is an added advantage
6. Secure encryption standards, PKI, PGP and other security standards
7. Secure zones, network segmentation, HSM operations
8. SWIFT CSF framework is an added advantage
9. ERP implementation – Pre, Post - SAP, HYPERION, Microsoft Navision

• Assessing secure devops, Secure coding techniques is an added advantage

• Design Knowledge on Infrastructure security, network security, data center security

• In-depth review of security device implementations like IPS, IDS, Proxy, Packet brokers, WAF, Remote access, load balancer, VPN, SDN, Wan accelerators, DDOS devices, APT devices, sandboxing devices, Virtual appliances, Vasco/secure tokens etc.

• Data Migration Project Management for integration of multiple systems

• ISO 27001:2013 – handled end to end certification

• Experience in designing and implemented IS Policies

• Risk management – as per ISO standards

• Must have exposure to NIST / FFIEC standards

• Privacy Framework Implementation end to end

• BCP / DR

• Ideally worked in an IT or IT Consulting company

• Exposure to directly handle things like an organizational CISO
