 Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit, 

 

Role specific skillsets:

Financial Due Diligence

·        Lead the financial due diligenceengagement along with Manager and make sure that the Quality and timelines anticipatedare adhere to by team

·        Document and report review,analyze and internal report creation. To analyze the financial results ofcompanies and develop good understanding of business model.

·        To keep all information obtainedduring due diligence process. Do lease, operational and underwriting financialreviews/audits, if required. Generate ideas and share within the team.

·        To write strong reports on thefindings noted during diligence process

·        To advice on addressing duediligence findings and incorporating in the relevant sections of the SPA

·        Should guide and monitor the team duringthe engagement and be strong at documentation of the work

 

M&A,End-to-End Advisory

    • Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for clients
    •  To lead M&A mandates and transactions with end-to-end advisor.
    • Constructing teasers, Pitch books, and Information Memorandum for the clients
    • Managing the implementation of an M&A proposition
    • Working with corporate finance colleagues to provide advice on capital structure
    • Project managing transactions, overseeing the negotiation of terms, and developing proposals to raise funds
    • Preparing financial model and developing assumptions validating the model
    •  To assist in preparing opinionnotes, memos for acquisition/ joint venture establishment
    • To assist work on a project whichmight run over a short-term to long-term horizon
    • Should be a strong team player

 

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

  •     2 years + years of applicable workexperience in: Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory (experience withBig 4 preferred)
  •      Actively involved in financial duediligence
  •    Experience in project managementincluding planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing clients, and/ormanager toward the successful completion of a project
  • ·    Strong current knowledge in one of thefollowing: India GAAP Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),  CompanyLaw and International Financial Reporting Standards, mergers and acquisitions,or transaction services
  •      Oral and written communicationshould be good
  •       Should have strong reportwriting skills with very good control over the language
  •       Shouldhave a strong proficiency with MS office especially MS excel and MS power point
  •       Havingexperience in Power BI, Alteryx, Advanced excel and M&A tools will be anadded advantage
  •       Should be ready to travel andready to work under tight deadline
  •        Essential - Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisor
  •        Desirable - Experience inProcessSkills, Risk Assessment, manufacturing and Service sector, Large/Medium Cos., Corporate Law, FEMA, Legal drafting skills
