Install, configure andupgrade OS and other Business applications on end users systems(Desktops/laptops)
Hands-on experience& troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications like outlook,excel, word, etc.
Assist with onboardingand offboarding of the associates (internal users).
Keep inventory of allthe assets like Desktops, laptops, printers, and software’s licenses.
Working on compliancereports like Antivirus reports, WSUS reports, etc.
Basic knowledge ofActive Directory, Networking, and servers.
Responsible for queriesrelated to the Printers and basic troubleshooting
Act as frontlinesupport for internal users if any system goes down.
