JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly toincoming Tickets assigned to you on the ticketing portal.
  • Hands-on experiencewith Windows 10/11 OS
  • Install, configure andupgrade OS and other Business applications on end users systems(Desktops/laptops)
  • Hands-on experience& troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications like outlook,excel, word, etc.
  • Assist with onboardingand offboarding of the associates (internal users).
  • Keep inventory of allthe assets like Desktops, laptops, printers, and software’s licenses.
  • Working on compliancereports like Antivirus reports, WSUS reports, etc.
  • Basic knowledge ofActive Directory, Networking, and servers.
  • Responsible for queriesrelated to the Printers and basic troubleshooting
  • Act as frontlinesupport for internal users if any system goes down.
  • Analytical andproblem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to thinklogically and strategically
  • A methodical approachto tasks
  • Customer service skills
