With nearly two decades of experience, Tanwir manages Nexdigm’s Transaction Advisory services and is responsible for its growth and operational excellence. His expertise lies in Financial Due Diligence, Business Valuations, Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) and Joint Venture (JV) Advisory, Divestitures, Restructuring, Equity and Asset Purchase Deals, and Transaction Structuring.
Tanwir’s strategic focus and blend of analytical and commercial inputs have helped him deliver value-add solutions for many clients. With the capability of handling complex business and intangibles valuations, he manages a diverse portfolio of clients from many industries including Retail, Hospitality, Automotive Ancillaries, Pharmaceuticals, IT-enabled services, Electronics, Telecom, Engineering, Real Estate, Agriculture, Education, Logistics, Chemicals, Food and Packaging.
Before joining Nexdigm, Tanwir worked at the Family Office of Landmark Group, handling investments in retail and hospitality while simultaneously managing an equity and hedge fund portfolio worth approximately USD 200 million.
Tanwir has been invited to speak on multiple aspects of transactions by several international organizations and trade associations. He has conducted masterclass training sessions for internal and external audiences in the fields on Valuation, Due Diligence, and M&A advisory. Tanwir regularly contributes to Nexdigm’s thought leadership by creating publications and articles. His views have been published in leading newspapers and news portals, including Moneycontrol and Hindustan Times. His calm and composed demeanor during problem-solving enables him to consider the inter-linkage of various factors to arrive at holistic solutions.
Tanwir is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has completed his Master’s in Commerce from the University of Pune (India). He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from London Metropolitan University, UK.
On a personal note, Tanwir enjoys playing cricket and badminton.
