With the new financial year around the corner, it is important for companies to ensure adherence to various compliances under the Goods and Services Tax law. Some of the significant compliances are as follows:
  • Ensuring unique and consecutively numbered invoice series from 1 April 2026
  • Applying for/renewing LUT for FY 2026-27 for export of goods/services without payment of tax

  • Obtaining declarations from GTAs opting to pay tax under Forward Charge Mechanism
  • Review of RCM applicability and related compliances
