UAE E-Invoicing Timeline Extended: Additional Window for ASP Evaluation and Readiness

The recent extension in ASP appointment timelines under the UAE e-invoicing framework is expected to provide organizations with additional flexibility and time to evaluate Accredited Service Provider (ASP) options while continuing implementation and technology readiness efforts, particularly for taxpayers with revenue exceeding AED 50 million ahead of the phased rollout. As a result, organizations are expected to continue progressing on readiness initiatives relating to invoicing processes, ERP alignment, data structuring, and compliance planning. The developments has already reflected the continued expansion of the UAE's ASP ecosystem, giving organizations broader flexibility in assessing technology providers and identifying solutions aligned with operational, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
