Conducted Employee Compensation Benchmarking for Sarathy Geotech & Engineering Services

Client Overview

Sarathy Geotech is a prominent player in the geotechnical investigation market, seeking to maintain a competitive edge in employee compensation and benefits.​ Sarathy Geotech has aimed to understand each designation level CTC, organisation structure, appraisal process, monetary and nonmonetary incentives, reporting and workflow, skill development policy, and other benefits. ​To achieve this, Sarathy Geotech & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. engaged Nexdigm (SKP) to conduct a employee compensation benchmarking study. ​

Our Approach

Candidate Engagement

Developed a strategy to approach potential candidates with job offers and executed employee engagement survey by conduct interviews to collect comprehensive data on employee compensation and other details.​

Department-wise Representation

Ensured thorough representation across all departments specified. Created a detailed list of departments in each company using LinkedIn, and Apollo.io. ​

Secondary Research

Carried out exhaustive secondary research to structure the analysis based on employee designation, department, KRA, Org. Chart on Miro, and compensation through AmbitionBox, and Glassdoor. ​

Respondent Recruitment

Compiled a list of respondents using LinkedIn and obtained contact details from Naukri.com. Recruited approximately 30 respondents from various designation/departments, including Atkins Realis, AECOM India, Ramboll, Fugro India, Technip Energies, COWI, Geo Dynamics, Soiltech India Pvt. Ltd, and Cengrs Geotechnica Pvt. Ltd Companies.​

Data Collection

Conducted interviews to gather data on organizational structures, compensation frameworks, benefits, and employee policies across the selected companies.​

Sanity Checking

Performed deep analysis followed by a sanity check to ensure data accuracy before delivering the final presentation to the client.​
