Our Approach
Used Google Maps API to geotag existing fitness centers, residential areas, corporate hubs, and commercial zones in target cities​. On the basis of that we executed-
- Demographics Analysis: Population density, income levels, and age groups.​
- Competitor Analysis: Locations of competitors’ fitness centers within a 3-5 km radius.​
- Accessibility Analysis: Proximity to public transport hubs and parking availability​
Focused on 3000+ cities across India. The criteria included population size, disposable income, and fitness culture penetration​.
Generated heatmaps using geotagged data to visualize high-density zones with potential gym customers​.
