Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 healthcare services company acquired a business line from another Fortune 500 company, and had to deal with post-acquisition process integration across five Asia-Pacific countries. Nexdigm developed country-specific integration roadmaps, helping Cardinal navigate culturally diverse business practices.
