Rolespecific skillsets:

 

General Function:

·        The Assistant Manager has primaryresponsibility for designing, architecting, planning, tracking, managing, anddelivering the project they are assigned.

·        His daily activities would involve 60%-70%development and 30%-40% management.

·        He/she should have through understandingof Microsoft Technologies including, C#, DotNET Framework, DotNET Core, MS SQL,Azure Services, Azure Devops, CI/CD, Angular, React.

·        He/she should be abreast with latesttechnology advancements and should have innovative approach to work.

·        He/she should be detailed oriented andshould be able to define and develop short term and long-term solutions.

·        He/she is responsible for identifyingkey resources and provide them the direction required for meeting the projectobjectives and deadlines.

·        He/she is also responsible for establishing standard practices to develop reliable low-maintenancesource code.

 

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Plan the project

·        Define the scope of the project incollaboration with senior management.

·        Design and architect overall solution tothe project.

·        Provide details of Technology,Framework, Tools and Services to be used in the project.

·        Create a detailed work plan in Azure Devops/Redminewhich identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully completethe project.

·        Develop a schedule for projectcompletion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

·        Review the project schedule with seniormanagement and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities;revise the schedule as required.

 

Implement the project

·        Examine both the need for, and theimpact of, change.

·        Define and capture theinterrelationships and interdependencies within and between applications andtechnologies.

·        Prepare high level applicationarchitecture using UML diagram or any other.

·        Prepare detailed technical document entityand class mapping.

·        Prepare development technology andframework required.

·        Define and assign user stories and plansprint in coordination with BA in Azure Devops.

·        Develop the module and do peer to peercode review.

·        Prepare unit test cases.

·        Check code for security vulnerabilities.

·        Define CI/CD and deploy code as persprint plan.

·        Cooperation – One must ensure completionof all tasks at hand and simultaneously extends support to team members and displaysjoint ownership towards achieving business objectives    – the focus is on TEAMWORK
