JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is required to work on ourClient’s Contract Management System (CMS tool). This resource will beresponsible to perform CMS administrative work for about 80% of the time and contractdrafting and review work for about 20% of the time.
This resource shall be required to:
· Manage theclient’s CMS repository
· Maintainfile management and upload contracts into the CMS tool
· Assigncontracts by creating agreement folders on CMS
· Assigncontracts to respective legal attorneys as indicated
· Reviewcontract drafts using client-provided instructions for errors and/or exceptions
· Routecontracts for signature
· Maintainand update a detailed database of all assignments in a timely manner
· Interactand engage with the lead COE attorney and
· Providedetailed reports on activities performed on a weekly/monthly basis or as andwhen requested
· Work onspecific CMS admin projects for clients and complete the same in a timelymanner
