About the department:

Our BFS Operations team provides comprehensive support to clients across Wealth Managers, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and Banks within their back-office operations. We support functions across Mutual Fund, PMS, and AIF operations—covering the entire lifecycle from client onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance to reporting.

We also manage data administration and accounting for single- and multi-family office setups. In addition, we assume Finance Officer positions for clients based in the UAE (DIFC region), managing their capital adequacy and regulatory filings.

By partnering closely with clients, we ensure seamless execution, accuracy, and adherence to SEBI/DFSA norms while maintaining robust internal controls and audit readiness.

By combining deep domain expertise with a process-driven approach, we help clients streamline portfolio operations, strengthen compliance frameworks, and enhance transparency in client reporting. Our focus extends beyond execution to process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation—enabling clients to scale efficiently while meeting evolving regulatory expectations.

Within BFS operations, our solutions are designed to build operational resilience, improve MIS visibility, and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and long-term sustainability for our clients.

What’s in it for you?

About Nexdigm

At Nexdigm, we partner with global organizations to deliver integrated solutions across finance, operations, and compliance. Our BFS Operations practice supports Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, and DIFC-regulated entities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a finance professional to support Dubai-based DIFC entities in a Finance Officer capacity, managing end-to-end financial operations, regulatory compliance, and reporting.

This role offers exposure to IFRS reporting, DFSA compliance, MIS, and UAE payroll (including DEWS), with an added advantage of AIF operations experience.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end wealth and fund operations, managing regulatory and financial reporting for DIFC entities, supervising operational teams, and ensuring accuracy in client deliverables.

The role requires strong domain knowledge across wealth operations, fund accounting, IFRS and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to manage client relationships and drive process improvements.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the role involves active client engagement, commercial oversight, and team management. The candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of operational processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely completion of deliverables.

This role will also include managing billing processes, following up on client collections, coordinating vendor payments, and supporting recruitment and onboarding of team members to ensure operational continuity and scalability.

The candidate will also be expected to identify and drive additional business opportunities from existing clients, working closely with internal teams to expand service offerings and strengthen long-term client relationships.
