The Marketing department at Nexdigm plays a key role in building and promoting the firm's brand, driving business growth, and supporting client engagement initiatives. It manages brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaigns to enhance visibility and reach. The team ensures alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives, fosters strong client relationships, and leverages data-driven insights to maximize impact and drive measurable results.

Role Description
Candidate will be responsible for supporting practices in building visibility, positioning, and engagement plans across various marketing channels. The role requires close collaboration with practice leaders, external partners, and the central communications team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Events & Webinars • Curate, plan, and execute practice-focused events and webinars (end-to-end management). • Ensure alignment of event themes with practice priorities and business development goals. • Track post-event actionable, feedback, and effectiveness for continuous improvement.
2. Digital & Website Presence • Showcase practice capabilities, thought leadership, and insights on the website. • Monitor and improve practice performance on digital fronts – SEO, keywords, backlinks, and website traffic. • Collaborate with design/content teams for timely updates and enhancements.
3. Social Media & Communication • Develop practice-specific social media and communication calendars. • Ensure consistent messaging and visibility across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. • Amplify practice achievements, insights, and leadership updates.
4. Awards, Rankings & Research • Identify relevant award, ranking, and research platforms. • Manage end-to-end award submissions, including coordination with practice teams and external agencies. • Track results and communicate achievements across internal and external channels.
5. Media & PR • Liaise with PR agency to create visibility for practice leaders through media bytes, editorials, and interviews. • Ensure strong positioning of the firm’s expertise in media outlets.
6. Client Engagement & Testimonials • Drive regular collection of client testimonials and success stories. • Package client experiences for use across marketing collaterals, website, and pitches.
7. Market & Competition Intelligence • Conduct competition benchmarking and monitor industry developments. • Provide insights to practice leaders for strategic positioning.
8. Reporting & Governance • Maintain practice-wise trackers for ongoing activities. • Prepare and share monthly reports with practice stakeholders. • Coordinate fortnightly/monthly cadence calls with practices. • Support quarterly review meetings with practice leaders and the Marketing Head.
Key Skills & Competencies • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management. • Understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and social media strategy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. • Creative approach to positioning and thought leadership
Qualifications & Experience • Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services, consulting, or B2B environment. • Proven track record in events/webinar management, digital marketing, and content-driven initiatives.
