We are looking for a dynamic Communication Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in the B2B industry. The ideal candidate should have a flair for content creation and strategy and possess a knack for social media strategies. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content such as articles, white papers, press releases, website content, case studies, video scripts, etc. The candidate would handle both internal and external communication needs for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, newsletters, case studies, reports, and whitepapers.
- Ensure all written content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the company’s voice and tone.
- Design and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Track and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and business development teams to align communication efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Proven work experience in a communication role within the B2B industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Creative thinking with accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with web publications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadlines
Skills that would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Experience with keyword research and SEO content writing
- Experience in PR and Media related assignments

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Creative thinking with accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess a strong ability to understand requirements and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with good command over the language
- Work under tight deadlines
