Independent Member, Board of Directors
Ramesh is presently on the managerial Board at Nexdigm. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987 and ranked eleventh at an all India level. He also won the Shapoorji Billimoria Award for the best paper in Advanced Accounting and Financial Management. After that, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Bombay University and also cleared the Company Secretary exams.
He has over 30 years of varied experience right from heading the tax practice at Nexdigm to working as Director of the Real Estate and Infrastructure vertical with one of the Big Four Companies and was also the worldwide CEO of KGK Jewelers.
Ramesh has conducted various training sessions at the National Institute of Direct Taxes. Besides being on Nexdigm’s Board, he also runs his own real estate development business.
