Executive Director – Business Process Management
Hozefa Miyasaheb is the Executive Director for the Business Process Management practice at Nexdigm. Hozefa plays an imprtant role in managing and expanding the practice with diversified clients spanning across sizes and industries. He has nearly two decades of experience in areas including but not limited to outsourcing services Finance and Accounting, Operations, and the Banking and Finance function.
Hozefa focuses on improving service delivery, nurturing client relationships, developing a practice-wide sales strategy, business development, transition of new client processes including digital transformation.
Prior to joining Nexdigm, Hozefa worked with WNS Global services where he was handling Finance and Accounting, and Operations.
Hozefa is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Diploma in Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
On a personal front, Hozefa enjoys listening to music, gardening, running, and travelling in his free time.
