JOBDESCRIPTION:
Rolespecific skillsets:
· GeneralLedger Accounting concepts & Processing
· Understandingof General Accounting, month close procedure, Accounts Payable and AccountsReceivable
· Goodunderstanding of the outsourced environment and well versed with clientmanagement
· Haveextended experience in managing day to day accounting and operations team inthird party BPO setup
· Abilityto manage demanding clients through improvement planning and long-term visionof improving service levels
· Haveextensive experience in process review, continuous process improvement anddriving efficiency in team
· Ensuringregular governance with various stakeholders and client to ensure zero surpriseoperations
· Managingteam size of 20-25 or more people managing various roles in AP, P2P, AR, GL,Reportin, verification of invoices, expense verificationand responsible for their career and succession planning
· Reviewexisting process and explore ways of improving process through various toolsand technology
