Role specific skillsets:
Accounting concepts &Processing
- Required to have a goodknowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and Loss Account and BalanceSheet, taxation, statutory compliance
- Understanding the key areasabout the finalization of accounts and the complete cycle of R2R
- Basic understanding of thedirect and indirect tax applicability and compliances and requirements ofreport submissions.
- Experience in handling monthend activities along with preparation of all the control account schedules
- Strong analytical skills andshould be comfortable working on excel.
- Experience of working on SAP,Oracle, or Tally.

Working Model:Work-from-office
Shift Timings: Nexdigmoperates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:
- Morning shift - 7:00 am to4:00 pm
- General shift - 9:30 am to6:30 pm
- Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to12:30 am
- Please Note: Shifttimings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend onthe scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A dynamic personality and apassion to constantly improvise technology to suit the organization’s needs.
- A B. Com/M. Com/MBA / CA Interdegree along with prior exposure of 4 - 6 years in General Ledger processes.
- A flair for working in a teamand working hand in hand to achieve individual goals and team goals
- The drive to bring aboutchange and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to deriveefficiencies.
- An ability to understand theorganization’s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of theassigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations.
- Crossed the boundaries ofoperational delivery and stepped into the space of organizing, planning anddevelopment
