JOB DESCRIPTION:
Thejob role for a Manager in Transfer Pricing includes, but is not restricted to,the below:
· Independently fronting Transfer Pricing assignmentsincluding but not limited to:
o Devising global Transfer Pricing Policies for theclients
o Undertaking detailed industry analysis/overviews,functional/economic/financial/ accounting and benchmarking analysis usingvarious Indian and global databases and prepare detailed reports
o Preparing documentation including Master File and CbCR
o Issuing CA Certificate in Form No. 3CEB
o Advising and assist in transfer pricing planning andstrategy for various clients
o Keeping track of and providing insights on variousissues related to recent developments in Transfer pricing in India and Globally
· Representing and handling assessments and appealsrelating to Transfer Pricing with appropriate strategy
· Participating in APA process including duringnegotiations
· Proactively identifying opportunities on ThoughtLeadership and contribute by writing articles / alerts on transfer pricing andpreparing knowledge presentations on TP
· Adhering to account management, MIS and other practicemanagement areas
· Participating in business development initiatives ofthe firm
· Leading the team, proactively addressing team issuesand focusing on development of the team keeping in perspective the practicerequirements
· Building client relationships including but notlimited to internal cross service line teams
· Contributing to the technology focus areas of thepractice

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· 6+ years of transfer pricingexperience in/exposure to the following areas are essential:
o Entire gamut of transfer pricing
o Formulating transfer pricing policy
o Transfer Pricing documentation and compliances (Form3CEB, Master File, CbCR, Companies Act compliance report)
o Developing and strengthening internal / externalclient relationship
· Broad understandingof/exposure to the following areas:
o Corporate tax compliance and advisory includingregulatory aspects such as FEMA
o International tax structuring including double taxavoidance agreements
o Company law and accounting - reporting and disclosures
· Independently handled andrepresented for transfer pricing assessments / appeals
· Leadership, inter-personaland presentation skills
· Good communication skillsincluding legal and technical drafting
