The International Tax & Advisory team at Nexdigm operateswithin the broader Direct Tax practice, focusing on the tax needs of companiesengaged in cross-border business with India. Our expertise spans a range ofareas including cross-border transactions, tax treaty interpretation, andregulatory matters under FEMA. Based in Pune and Mumbai, our team of 15+professionals supports clients of all sizes across diverse sectors such asManufacturing, IT, and Technology. We specialize in complex tax advisory, taxdue diligence, and transaction advisory services.

- As a member of the International Tax team, you will work on a diverse portfolio of corporate tax and cross-border advisory assignments, catering to clients across industries and geographies.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide comprehensive inbound and outbound tax and regulatory advisory, including structuring strategies, withholding tax matters, and permanent establishment assessments.
- Lead and coordinate tax planning and risk management assignments under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Support clients with tax litigation and compliance matters across jurisdictions.
- Review and enhance key tax processes and systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
- Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships through consistent value delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients, including scoping and pricing discussions.
- Actively participate in and lead client meetings and presentations.
- Mentor, train, and supervise team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality work standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-rounded, integrated tax solutions.
- Ensure all projects are executed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to practice management initiatives, including tracking and achieving financial metrics.
- Support the firm's business development efforts by:
- Originating leads and participating in public speaking engagements.
- Meeting prospective clients and business multipliers to generate new opportunities.
- Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns for tax services in coordination with the marketing team.
- Maintaining and leveraging a network of industry contacts and multipliers to strengthen market presence.
