Technical skillsets:

•Oversee overall construction and ensure timely completion of assigned interior fit-out projects.

•Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring quality, safety, and progress in line with project plans.

•Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and resolution of any on-site challenges.

•Monitor project milestones, identify and mitigate delays, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.

•Ensure that workmanship and material standards meet or exceed the required quality benchmarks and comply with building regulations.

•Maintain communication between design and execution teams for alignment with architectural and technical specifications.

•Prepare and execute detailed project execution plans and schedules.

•Review project plans and suggest value engineering opportunities, cost-saving measures, and solutions to potential construction issues.

•Conduct site inspections and enforce operational and safety standards among the workforce and subcontractors.

•Assist in preparation of daily/weekly reports and updates to Management team.
