JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Call Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, routing inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication between end users and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to maintain a smooth and professional flow of information


Key Responsibilities:

  • 1+ year of experience in call coordination
  • Answer direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify incidents and service requests on IT ticketing portal (Freshservice) and assign it to engineer.
  • Managing IT ticketing portal
  • Follow up on calls to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to address users query promptly.
  • Guide end users about policies, and procedures as and when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and privacy guidelines.
  • Support administrative functions such as email correspondence, documentation, and report preparation.
  • MIS and MRM report preparation.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
  • Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
