The Finance & Accounts (F&A) departmentunder the BPM practice at Nexdigm Pvt Ltd in Pune focuses on deliveringend-to-end accounting and financial process solutions to global clients. Theirservices include transaction processing, financial reporting, compliance, andstatutory filings. The team leverages technology and domain expertise to driveefficiency, accuracy, and process improvements across areas like P2P, O2C, R2Rand MIS support.

Role Description

  • Strategic leadership role with responsibilityfor managing multiple teams or a large portfolio. Drives client engagement at asenior level, change and risk management, process optimization, andcontributing to business growth.

Client RelationshipManagement and Business Growth

  • Strengthens clientrelationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, leading to new businessopportunities from existing clients.
  • Proactively resolvesescalations to maintain high standards of client engagement.
  • Manages clientreceivables with no overdues, ensuring timely invoicing and paymentrealization.
  • Ensures contractrenewal processes are initiated and SOWs are reviewed and adjusted correctly.

OperationalExcellence

  • Ensures all SLAs andclient requirements are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintains PHS statusas green across all parameters.
  • Anchors smoothprocess transitions, ensuring business continuity, training, and knowledgetransfer.
  • Conducts processreviews and ensures all review controls are followed, maintaining projectmargins as per agreed targets.

ContinuousImprovement

  • Drives processimprovements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, achievingmeasurable project outcomes.
  • Ensures efficienciesare passed on as part of improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies andimplements ideas that improve performance and reduce costs, with quantifiedbenefits.

RequiredCompetencies, Skills, and Experience

Experience :

  • 12+ years in clientrelationship management, project delivery, and team leadership.
  • MBA or equivalent inBusiness Management or related field.

Skills &Competencies:

  • Strong clientengagement and escalation management skills.
  • Proven track recordin delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in processimprovements, financial performance (GP margins, billing), and costoptimization.
  • Leadershipexperience in mentoring, hiring, and fostering team growth.
  • Proficiency inproject management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI).
