Key Result Areas:

  • Strategic Project Delivery - Ensure successful execution of strategic projects by meeting defined timelines, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Technical Road mapping - Define and maintain a clear technical roadmap aligned with business needs and scalable architecture principles.
  • Project Planning & Resource Management - Develop detailed project plans, allocate appropriate resources, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Regularly track project progress, team performance, and budgets; provide clear and timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Development - Provide effective leadership through mentoring, training, and timely resource allocation to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Risk & Issue Management - Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, making necessary adjustments to constraints without compromising on quality.
  • Multi-Project Coordination - Efficiently manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring balanced prioritization, problem-solving, and successful delivery.

Competencies and Skills:

You will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of strategic projects, managing project teams, plans, and schedules. Being able to monitor the project team, its progress, and performance, as well as responding to any issues that might arise over the course of the project’s life cycle is also essential. The candidate should have proven skills and sound knowledge of client management.

  • Defining technical roadmap and solutions approach for various business requirements.

  • Develop project plans, set goals and budget as well as identify and manage resources

  • Produce deliverables on the agreed-upon timetable

  • Monitor, track, and report on progress and performance, including budget

  • Lead the team, offer mentoring, training, and guidance along with allocating the right resources to the team and monitor timelines and budget.

  • Adjust project constraints as needed to deliver quality

  • Capable of solving problems and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong skills of client management including Communication Skills, Relationship Building, Requirement Gathering & Understanding, Conflict resolution and Expectation Management etc.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in .NET Framework/Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.

  • Strong expertise in SQL Server – database design, optimization, and stored procedures.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Understanding of application architecture, scalability, security, and performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with CMMI-level processes and/or structured delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading or managing mid-sized technical teams (8–12 members).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client/stakeholder management abilities.

  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
