Role Overview
This role is designed for a proactive professional who can drive lead generation, client engagement, and project execution in a professional services environment. The individual must be confident in interacting with senior stakeholders, adept at using modern tools for outreach, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Outreach:
o Identify and connect with the right points of contact across industries using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms.
o Initiate conversations and set up meetings through cold emails and LinkedIn reach-outs.
o Build strong pipelines by consistently hunting for new opportunities.
· Database Management:
o Create, maintain, and source databases from multiple channels.
o Ensure data accuracy and usability for outreach campaigns.
· Project Management:
o Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
o Ensure timely execution of tasks with minimal supervision.
· Stakeholder Interaction:
o Confidently engage with Indian and foreign CXOs through audio/video calls.
o Collaborate effectively with internal management teams to align on goals.
· Teamwork & Execution:
o Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
o Work as a reliable team player while demonstrating independence in execution.
