• Manager - Mortgage - 12 to 14 years experience
• Trainer - 7 to 10 years experience
• Sr. Associate - 2 to 5 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

These roles are ideal for Finance & Accounting professionals seeking to expand their expertise within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector. The position offers hands-on exposure to real estate financial analysis, underwriting support, and investor reporting. 

Key responsibilities include updating borrower financial statements with accurate account classifications to facilitate reporting through Excel and lending platforms; maintaining and tracking budgets and census data; updating rent rolls and compiling comparable and appraisal data to support underwriting and loan sizing; and extracting and analyzing critical information from loan documentation.

The role demands strong analytical capabilities, high levels of accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail.
