Role Description:
Manage Nexdigm's end to end hiring need at a junior level
Key Result Areas:
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing
Maintain a steady flow of quality candidates for current and future roles
Use all sourcing channels effectively and process candidates promptly
Screening & Delivery Deliver well-screened candidates to Practices
Ensure smooth candidate progression through the hiring funnel
Candidate Experience & Timeliness
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates
Meet defined turnaround times (TAT) while ensuring quality
Compliance & Stakeholder Support Adhere to recruitment SOPs, ATS usage, and documentation standards
Support projects efficiently, ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction
Required Competencies, Skills, and Experience
Good English Communication - Written and Spoken
Should be Organized
Technology Proficient (MS Office)
