Role and Responsibilities:

 Employment Type - Internship (6 months)

 Work Mode - Work from Home

 Location – Gurugram / Mumbai

 Experience – 0 to 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

 Building database and conduct CATI-based telephone surveys with respondents.

 Probe effectively to obtain detailed and accurate responses.

 Record and update survey responses in the designated software system.

 Develop and maintain a personal database of respondents for outreach and survey participation

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's & master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

 Excellent communication and presentation skills
