Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in complex and high-impactorganization-wide process excellence projects to drive efficiency and customerdelight
  • Support in Conducting entitlement studies,process re-engineering projects, and streamlining workflows
  • Support in opportunity identification,business case creation, project planning BRD writing, support development, UAT,and final deployment
  • Ability to grasp complex ideas
  • Writing skills (eg. Business RequirementsDefinition, writing Business Cases)
  • Create Process Flow Diagrams, Data FlowDiagrams, Swim Lane Diagrams, Gantt charts

Preferred candidate profile

  •  3-5 years of experience in ProcessExcellence role
  •  Atleast 2 years of experience in software product development and implementation
  •  Experiencedin creating Wireframes, User Stories, Logic flow diagrams/ Swim lanes
     Well-versed in RPA projects and having prior experience in UiPath will bean added advantage
  •  Excellentstakeholder management skills
  •  Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and document drafting skills
  •  Abilityto communicate with senior management
  •  Strongand fluent written and verbal communication
  •  Strongcomprehension capabilities
  •  Technologyexposure in terms of hands-on work on CRM, ERP, WFM, or other technology‘platforms’
  •  Technologyproject management exposure
  •  Project Documentation Experience
  •  BusinessRequirements elicitation and document Writing
     Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Statistics
  •  PreferablyDiploma in Management
