About the department: The Market Research department under the Business Advisory practice at Nexdigm Pvt Ltd is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying market opportunities, and generating reports to inform marketing, sales, and product development initiatives, dealing with clients.

Role Description:
Lead research initiatives, analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor data to support strategic decision- making.
Manage surveys, interpret complex data, and deliver actionable insights through clear reports and presentations.
Key Result Areas:
1. Primary Research & Market Sizing Conduct accurate primary research and deliver robust market sizing using top-down and bottom-up approaches to support data-driven business decision. Ensure 100% data accuracy and relevance by establishing clear research objectives and respondent profile
2. Analytical Excellence & Tool Proficiency Leverage strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/PPT capabilities to structure insights, build models, and create compelling data narratives. Deliver clear, visually compelling presentations that enable faster and more informed decision-making by stakeholders.
3. Insightful Reporting & Presentations Develop and deliver clear, concise research reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and strategic recommendations. Enable stakeholders to make informed strategic decisions by ensuring high usability and relevance of all deliverables.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Present insights with clarity and confidence, ensuring recommendations are well understood by both internal and external stakeholders. Drive informed decision-making and maximize business impact through effective communication and storytelling.
