We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Specialist with a strong accounting background to support and optimize our ERP system. This role will work closely with the System Consultant and requires significant interaction with finance team members, implementation teams, and other stakeholders. The selected candidate will be part of a team dedicated to supporting the Finance function in managing and enhancing the ERP system.
The Functional Specialist is responsible for delivering implementation services to ERP finance users. This role involves rapidly assessing user needs, developing effective solutions, and executing them to ensure user satisfaction. The Specialist is also expected to support day-to-day finance activities as needed and, in certain cases, collaborate directly with the ERP consulting team to resolve issues.
The candidate should have a strong passion for supporting finance and other users, with a focus on identifying innovative ways to enhance operational efficiency. Continuously improving end-user satisfaction and loyalty is a key priority. The role requires the ability to work under tight timelines while ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
The Specialist will collaborate closely with the Finance team and ERP consultants to design and implement scalable ERP solutions, manage data, and ensure that financial processes comply with global accounting standards. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Hinjewadi, Pune.
