Role Description
- Take complete responsibility of management of data and CRM, especially for accurate and timely updates.
- Leverage CRMs, build reliable and accurate databases. Deliver data-driven insights through Excel or other available tools.
- Efficient management of the sales pipeline using Nexdigm’s processes.
- Managing the full lead cycle—tracking, progression, and closure—while ensuring operational efficiency in scheduling follow-ups, tracking contracts, and handovers.
- Preparing and delivering proposals for relevant practice within TAT based on requirement.
- Independently handle reporting and tasks for closure within timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and other team members.
