Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Your job responsibilities as a Manager will include,

 

  • To takecharge of operations, and build relationships with stakeholders in the clientorganizations.
  • Know the team and mentor them towardshigher levels of performance and growth,
  • Oversee service level performance, handleexceptions and escalations, and provide technical support and guidance to thequality and training teams
  • Represent contract management practicewithin the organization. Additionally, you will also be trusted to look foropportunities for account growth
  • Work on solutions for prospective clientsand develop and implement solutions for new client onboarding, review and adoptsuitable technologies and best practices in the project.
  • Being responsiblefor growing the client relationship, people development, operationalexcellence, and financial management of the account(s).
  • You will also be able to participate andcontribute to the exciting growth in the contract management practice indifferent ways, including the interviewing and selection process for new hires,knowledge sharing of current processes with new team members, extending theprocess management methodologies to the new work that comes in, etc.

 

As Manager, you will be a member of thecontract management practice leadership team, contributing to setting theoverall direction for the practice and its day to day management.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proven experience in effectivelymanaging client relationships, managing teams, SLA and project management, andsolutions
  • 8+ years’ experience being a projectmember in the legal outsourcing domain of which at least 4 years should be inmanaging or leading contracting projects
  • Clear fundamental understanding andtechnical expertise in contract review, redlining, and negotiations to be ableto provide guidance to the team and engage with legal counsel and businessowners on the client side
  • Keen commercial acumen and ability tounderstand and apply business context in  a given situation  tobalance legal risk with commercial reality
  • Exposure to commercial functions of aproject or client account would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Mind-set for client service andperformance improvement
  • Working knowledge of any contractmanagement platform
  • Strong analytical skills with a highlevel of attention to detail
  • Openness to new ideas and ability tounderstand other's points of view and adjust your approach accordingly. Goodunderstanding and experience in dealing across cultures shall be addedadvantage
  • Exposure to the healthcare industrywould be an advantage
