As anintermediate-level management role, this position provides an opportunity todisplay your technical and people management skills by ensuring completeseamless operational delivery along with your team. Being a firm that is drivenby ownership, innumerable occasions shall come your way to strategize client delivery,improve processes, encourage research etc. for your projects – all in all awhole rounded elevating experience. This role is not restricting you to anyonesector is an attempt that we make to ensure you have an all-rounded experiencein different sectors/industries as well as assignments across geographies –India, USA, France, UK, Germany, etc. In addition, the freedom of operationwill encourage you to test your limits and develop holistically.

Skillsets we wouldlike to see you exhibit,

Role-specificskillsets:

  • Advanced Valuation Knowledge – Apart from sound knowledge, it is a must that the candidate possess knowledge of advanced valuation methodologies.
  • Client Management – Ability to understand client expectation and articulate problems/solutions
  • Team Management – Ability to assume the operational responsibilities of the team both for client delivery as well as internal learning and development.
  • Financial Modeling – Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models. Knowledge of VBA/Marcos
  • Sale and Marketing – Developing and implementing practice specific S&M campaigns.

Technicalskillsets:

  • Accounting – Good knowledge of accounting standards and reading financial statements.
  • Tax – Understanding of direct tax implications of transactions
  • The candidate shall be assisting the Valuation team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments:
  • Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
  • On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
  • Financial modeling for infrastructure projects

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets,you need to have,

·        Should have some experience in valuation from either Big 4 or reputedvaluation firm.

·        4-5 years of experience in doing different types of valuation.

·        Oral and written communication should be good.

·        Analytical capability and the ability to think strategically

·        Strong team player and self-starter with ability to assumeresponsibility quickly.

·        Open to significant variety in assignments

·        Must exhibit a strong learning curve
