Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • ·       Lead the team of Server, guiding in installing & and administrating servers - on-premises and Azure cloud
  • ·       Liaise with the Technical support team and ensure endpoint device connectivity (laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobiles, etc.)  with hosted servers.
  • ·       Ensure that all users can access shared applications and storage using endpoint devices.
  • ·       Manage and govern Endpoint Detection & Response solution - Sentinel One
  • ·       Patch management using Manage Engine Desktop Central
  • ·       Configure and administrate Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) data appliances
  • ·       Manage, and monitor Office 365 accounts, associated applications, and accesses and ensure governance & and compliance
  • ·       Ensure application system and data backup & recovery
  • ·       Conduct periodic DR drills
  • ·       Comply with the requirements from ISO27001, BS10012 & ISO9001
  • ·       Comply with organizational IT policies and directives
  • ·       Actively participate in managing and rolling out Strategic and IT specific Projects
  • ·       Configure and maintain local and cloud infrastructure & operating systems along with other components such as DHCP, local & and global DNS.
  • ·       Ensure Servers related tickets are monitored and closed within the SLA

Desired Skillset:

  • ·       Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of Physical and Virtualized Servers (Hyper V)
  • ·       Strong technical knowledge of Enterprise server operating systems (OS) (Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019)
  • ·       Experience in managing Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive
  • ·       Experience in managing Azure Infrastructure
  • ·       Storage management - SAN/NAS, Azure Storage
  • ·       Strong knowledge of DLP, Advanced Threat Protection
  • ·       Experience in conducting DR drills
  • ·       Develop, document, and maintain installation/configuration documentation
  • ·       Knowledge of ITSM best practices - Incident, Event, Change and Problem management
  • ·       Experience in managing EDR solution
  • ·       Experience in handling Manage Engine's endpoint central

Educational Qualification:

  • Engineering Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Desirable technical qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate, Azure 104, CCNP, MCSE, ITIL V4 foundation
